Village Rules

| 1 | No pets. Other than a small domesticated caged bird |
| 2 | No undue noise. |
| 3 | As the Village is catering for mainly adult living – children must be supervised at all times. |
| 4 | All washing must be placed on approved clotheslines. |
| 5 | Speed limit within the Village is 8km for your safety. |
| 6 | All visitors’ cars must be parked in the designated parking areas. |
| 7 | No cars to be parked on roadways, grassed areas or vacant sites. |
| 8 | No fixed sprinklers – hand watering only. (must comply with local water restrictions) |
| 9 | NO SUB – LETTING OF HOMES |
| 10 | On the purchase of a secondhand home all outstanding fees are the responsibility of the new owner and must be paid prior to occupying the home. |
| 11 | For sale signs are to be placed in windows only – maximum size 350mm x 350mm. |
| 12 | Skirts, hardstanding area for cars, lawns and gardens must be completed within 8 weeks of occupying home |
| 13 | All Air conditioners MUST be approved by Management before installation. |
| 14 | All structures, including carports, garden sheds, awnings, clothesline, paving, gardens etc, must be approved by Management before erection |
| 15 | Home and surroundings must be kept clean, tidy, well maintained, lawns mowed and edging done. |
| 16 | All Homes must be connected to Natural Gas. |
| 17 | Stoves and hot water services must be gas. |
