Meander Village is a Manufactured Home Village catering for adult living. We have many senior folk that have decided to make Meander Village their new home.

We are situated on 12 acres in a quiet semi-rural setting on the scenic Central Coast, which boasts of sandy beaches, and the great Tuggerah lakes. Our Village is central to shopping complexes, medical centres, hospital, citirail ,bus stop at front of the village, cinemas, and a variety of clubs. Meander Village is the most centrally located village on the central coast.

With a short 10 minute walk you could be at the Riverside Bowling Club, Wyong River or the Wyong Sports & Tennis Club. Take a 15 minute walk and you could be at Wyong Train Station, Wyong Race Course, or Wyong Plaza.

We are located 1 hour from Sydney, 45 minutes from Newcastle and the Hunter Valley Wineries. With just a short 20 minute drive you could be in the Yarramalong Valley or the tranquility of Wattagan Forest.
